Terminus Chat Enhancements
Terminus Chat now has an upgraded user experience to make user actions easier to perform, improve the overall look and feel, and create a more consistent experience across our various channels. We have an improved info panel to highlight key follow-up activities, new colors and icons to highlight integrations and various tasks, and the ability to more easily qualify chat conversations and leads.
Also! We’ve updated our Chat Dashboards page to give you better visibility into how chat is influencing pipeline month over month, and updated our Chat Engagement Window to make scheduling meetings that much easier for your customers.
Terminus Chat + Hubspot
Chat Experiences now integrates directly with Hubspot, allowing you to import lists of target leads for increased personalized and segmentation, sync lists to use with Chat Playbooks, and even create new leads directly from chat.
