You will need to have administrator access to Terminus Chat Experiences in order to use this guide. If you do not have access to Terminus Chat, please reach out to your CSM to discuss your packaging.
Create more personalized and engaging Chat from Anywhere experiences with Conversational Landing Pages. Add eye-catching PDF content directly to your Chat from Anywhere links to provide relevant assets that seamlessly guide buyers along their journey.
On the "Links & Website Chat" page, select the Chat from Anywhere link that you'd like to modify (1):
or click the dropdown arrow in the top right corner to create a new link (2):
Tip: If you are creating a new link, be sure to set the playbook, theme, and other Link settings in addition to the following steps.
Change the "Landing Page Type" from Basic to PDF Upload:
A new setting called "PDF" will appear immediately below.
Choose the PDF file that you would like to upload:
The maximum PDF file size allowed is 15 MB. The file name may only contain letters, numbers, and the special characters . - _ and ~. You will receive an error message upon upload if these criteria are not met.
Once the file has uploaded, you will see the name of the file listed (1) and that a new Landing Page Preview section (2) has appeared.
Depending on your link configuration, you may need to scroll to see the Landing Page Preview. This section will appear at the bottom of the page.
You can click to expand the Landing Page Preview and see a sample of your Chat from Anywhere experience. The chat engagement window on this Landing Page Preview is intended to show an example of your theme and is not a functional chatbot:
Step Five (Optional)
If you'd like to update the PDF file, simply click the Update button and select the new file. You can update PDF files at any time; however, remember that the changes will apply everywhere that the link is active.
