Within your Terminus Chat user settings, you can use Personal Availability to define the hours that you want to receive Live View Notifications.
How to Set Your Personal Availability
While logged into Terminus Chat, click the bottom left icon, then User Settings:
On this page, you will see the option to set your Personal Availability:
There are three availability options:
- 24 Hours: Receive Live View Notifications at any time
- 9 AM - 6 PM (Local time zone): Receive Live View Notifications Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 6 PM. When you select this option, Terminus Chat will automatically identify your local time zone.
- Custom Availability: Select the days and times that you want to receive Live View Notifications.
Your dropdown selection will automatically save.
Note: At this time, personal availability only applies to Live View Notifications. Depending on your team’s routing group settings, you may receive inbound chat requests outside of the hours you define here.
