Overview
Within your Terminus Chat user settings, you can use Personal Availability to define the hours that you want to receive chat notifications and have meetings booked on your calendar (if your team is using the chat scheduler tool).
Outside of these hours, you will not receive chat notifications or have meeting availability.
How to Set Your Personal Availability
While logged into Terminus Chat, click the bottom left icon, then User Settings:
On this page, you will see the option to set your Personal Availability:
From here, you can select from the following list of availability options:
- Custom Schedules: Select from a list of schedules that your chat administrator has created for your team
- Always: Receive chat notifications / meetings at any time
- Never: Never receive chat notifications / meetings
- Custom Hours: Select the days and times that you want to be considered "online hours"
Your dropdown selection will automatically save and apply.
Note: Your team's Terminus Chat Administrator has the ability to control whether or not you can update your availability. If you are not able to modify this and need your online hours adjusted, please contact your team's Chat Administrator for assistance.
