Unable to Login
Here are some common reasons you may be unable to login to your Terminus account:
- Your username and password combination is not valid when logging in with your user credentials
- We recommend that you reset your password and attempt to login with your new credentials
- You’ve attempted to login with your username and password combination, but your user is only allowed to login via SSO or SAML
Please submit a ticket through the Terminus Support Portal
If you are having trouble logging in with your username and password combination, we recommend resetting your password through the email address associated with your Terminus Platform user. If you are still having trouble logging in after successfully resetting your password, please submit a ticket through the Terminus Support Portal.
- Navigate to the Terminus login page at home.terminusplatform.com/
- Click the “Forgot Password” link, insert and submit the email address associated with your Terminus Platform user
- Check your inbox for an email for Terminus containing a one-time use password reset link, which will allow you to reset your Terminus Platform user’s password
- Insert your new password and confirm it by typing it in both input fields, and finalize by submitting your new password
- You will be redirected to the Terminus login page, where you can now login with your new credentials
Once you’ve successfully logged into the Terminus Platform, you can change your password on the Profile page:
- Insert home.terminusplatform.com/profile in your address bar, or navigate to the Profile page by clicking the person icon () on the left navigation bar within the Platform Home.
- On the Profile page, click on the “Reset Password” button to send an email containing a one-time password reset link to your Terminus Platform user’s email address.
- Insert your new password and confirm it by typing it in both input fields, and finalize by submitting your new password.
Signing Out of the Platform
Once you’ve successfully logged into the Terminus Platform, you forcibly can end your active session by clicking the “Sign Out” link located on your user badge or navigate to the Sign Out page at home.terminusplatform.com/sign-out.
To finalize the sign out process on the Sign Out page, click the “Sign Out” button to end your active Terminus Platform user session. After logging out, you will be redirected to the Login page and unable to access any other Terminus products until re-authentication has occurred.
