Accessing Terminus Products
Terminus customers can access the Engagement Hub from the "Sign In" button in the top right corner of the terminus.com site.
Terminus customers can also navigate to our main platform site, as well as our other product lines, via direct URL. For more information on accessing those URLs, and for information on adding Terminus domains to your inclusion lists, please reference this article.
Platform Sign-In Options
Terminus offers a unified login experience to allow our customers to log in into the Terminus platform with a single set of centralized login credentials, and access their other Terminus products without having to re-authenticate. With unified log in, Terminus customers can:
- Login using a single set of shared credentials across all Terminus products (Data and Measurement Studio, Ad Experiences, Email Experiences, Chat Experiences, Web Experiences)
- Use a shared login session across all Terminus products
- Enable alternative authentication login methods, including:
- SSO-based authentication for Google and Office 365
- SAML-based authentication (Additional costs associated)
On the login screen for the Terminus platform, you should see both email and SSO / SAML login options, depending on what has been enabled for your organization.
Login with email and password credentials
- Navigate to home.terminusplatform.com
- Enter email address into the email address field
- Click “Next”
- Enter password
- Click “Login”
Login with SSO (Single Sign-On)
- Navigate to home.terminusplatform.com
- Select their desired identity provider by clicking the corresponding button (“Log In with Google”, or “Log In with Microsoft 365”)
- User will be temporarily redirected to their identity provider’s authorization flow to verify their credentials
- User will be redirected back to home.terminusplatform.com after successfully authenticating
Login with SAML
- Navigate to home.terminusplatform.com
- Enter email address into the email address field
- Click “Next”
- User will be temporarily redirected to their SAML provider to authenticate
- User will be redirected back to home.terminusplatform.com after successfully authenticating

Managing Your Terminus Password
If you are having trouble logging in with your username and password combination, we recommend resetting your password through the email address associated with your Terminus Platform user. If you are still having trouble logging in after successfully resetting your password, please submit a ticket through the Terminus Support Portal.
- Navigate to the Terminus login page at home.terminusplatform.com/
- Click the “Forgot Password” link, insert and submit the email address associated with your Terminus Platform user
- Check your inbox for an email for Terminus containing a one-time use password reset link, which will allow you to reset your Terminus Platform user’s password
- Insert your new password and confirm it by typing it in both input fields, and finalize by submitting your new password
- You will be redirected to the Terminus login page, where you can now login with your new credentials
Resetting Your Password
Once you’ve successfully logged into the Terminus Platform, you can change your password on the Profile page:
- Insert home.terminusplatform.com/profile in your address bar, or navigate to the Profile page by clicking the person icon (on the left navigation bar within the Platform Home).
- On the Profile page, click on the “Reset Password” button to send an email containing a one-time password reset link to your Terminus Platform user’s email address.
- Insert your new password and confirm it by typing it in both input fields, and finalize by submitting your new password.
Navigating Between Terminus Products
After successfully logging in you will navigate to the Platform Home page, where you can navigate to different Terminus products without having to login again.
Once you've signed into the application, you can use the App Switcher to navigate seamlessly between your Terminus products.

How do I get access to Terminus?

If you are an existing Terminus customer:
- If you’re a Google or Microsoft 365 user, you can use our SSO login options
- If you want to continue using an email password login, reach out to your CSM or contact support through the Terminus Support Portal.

- Your Implementation Consultant will create a new user account for you, and you'll receive an invite email

How do I activate my user account?
- You will receive an email with the subject line “Set up your Terminus Unified Login”, which will contain a unique activation link to set up your password and grant you access to the Terminus platform
- If you are unable to find your activation email in your inbox, we recommend checking any spam filters to ensure that it wasn’t mis-categorized
- If you are unable to find the email in your inbox, contact support through the Terminus Support Portal and they’ll assist with activating your account.
- If your activation email doesn’t work anymore (link has expired), contact support through the Terminus Support Portal and they’ll assist with next steps for activating your account.
Logging into the Terminus Platform
What if I don’t remember my Terminus password?
- On the platform login homepage, click the “Forgot Password?" link
- Input your email address registered to your Terminus login and click “Reset via Email”
- Check your inbox for instructions on how to reset your password
What should I do if I get locked out of my account for too many failed login attempts?
- Contact support through the Terminus Support Portal and they’ll assist with next steps for re-activating your account.
What if I need to access multiple Terminus accounts for Ad Experiences/ Data Studio/ Measurement Studio?
- If you have multiple Terminus instances, or if you work for an agency that manages multiple customer instances of Terminus, you will still need to log in via separate email/passwords for each unique instance at this time.
Are there any Terminus products that DON’T use Unified Login?
- Growflare is a recent Terminus acquisition and currently does not utilize Terminus Unified Login. More information to come on when we plan on integrating Terminus Unified Login with Growflare.
- The Terminus mobile app for Chat Experiences does not currently utilize Terminus Unified Login yet. More information to come on when we plan on integrating Terminus Unified Login with the Chat Experiences mobile app.

How do I change my password in the Terminus platform?
- Login via home.terminusplatform.com
- Navigate to home.terminusplatform.com/profile, or click the Profile icon on the left navigation bar located on the Platform home page
- Click the “Reset Password” button
- Check your inbox for instructions on how to reset your password
How do I change the first name/last name on my Terminus profile?
- Contact support through the Terminus Support Portal and they’ll assist with changing the displayed “Name” within the Profile page.
Why does clicking on a product in the App Switcher send me to a product details page, instead of the actual product?
- Navigating to a product that you don’t have access to will take you to a generic product details page. If you believe that your user should have access to a specific product that you cannot access, contact support through the Terminus Support Portal and they’ll assist you.

- Contact support through the Terminus Support Portal and they’ll assist with disabling access for specific users.
How can I audit my current Terminus users?
- Contact support through the Terminus Support Portal and they’ll assist with generating a report of your users that have access to your Terminus instance
