Feature Reporting

Feature Overview

Feature reporting is available on a per-employee basis on the Employees tab with Email Experiences. Understand who in your organization is using the Outlook Agent, Sigstr ONE, or the Terminus Chrome Extension. Know if and when end-users have updated their signature preferences by reviewing the "Last Perefence Update" parameter. 

Sigstr ONE reporting (Last Sigstr ONE Send) is triggered upon an email's send. Outlook Agent reporting (Agent Version) is triggered upon a successful installation. The Terminus Chrome Extension reporting (Chrome Extension Version) is triggered as soon as a user's campaign has been clicked by an end recipient in an outbound email.
