Follow the steps below to install your Email Experiences signature to the Mac Mail mail client.
Step 1
When your company is ready to launch Email Experiences, you will receive a welcome email with the option to get started. Click on the Accept Invite Button.
Step 2
You will be redirected to our Unified Login homepage. If you are a new user and have not signed in before please select one of the Single Sign-On options (Google/Microsoft 365) to access the platform. If you wish to sign in using an email address and password, please reach out to support through the Terminus Support Portal to have login credentials generated for your user. Refer to this article for more information on Logging into the Terminus Engagement Hub.
Step 3
Once signed in, select the Email Experiences tile to access your account.
Step 4
Yyou will be taken to a page where you can update your profile. When you are satisfied with the changes, click Save Changes.
Step 5
To install your signature, click on the icon on the bottom left with your initial and then click Install. Navigate to Mac Mail from the install option list. Follow the installation instructions by selecting the signature image and copying it using the function Command C.
Step 6
Once you’ve copied the signature, open the Mac Mail application.
Step 7
Open Preferences from the menu bar.
Step 8
Choose Signatures from the options in settings.
Step 9
Create a new signature by clicking on the + button. Name the new signature Sigstr.
Step 10
Paste the Email Experiences content that you copied into the signature field on the right by pressing Command + V. Please use the keyboard shortcut, instead of right-clicking, to paste the coding correctly.
Step 11
Make sure that the box next to "Always match my default message font" is unchecked.
*Note: Your image will likely not appear (as shown below) but this is a common occurrence with Mac Mail. When you create your email, your signature will appear properly formatted as expected*
Step 12
Make sure to choose the "Sigstr" signature as the default for your business account.
Step 13
If you want to install your email signature to other email clients or mobile email applications, sign back into Email Experiences and select the appropriate tab.
