How to Install Email Experiences Signatures on Inbox by Gmail (Web and Mobile)

Inbox by Gmail is an email application by Google that focuses on improving email productivity and organization by allowing users to snooze messages for a later time, bundle similar emails together, and receive Google notifications.

To install Email Experiences to Inbox’s web application and mobile application, follow the steps outlined below.

Step 1

When your company is ready to launch Email Experiences, you will receive a welcome email with the option to accept the invite.

Step 2

You will be redirected to our Unified Login homepage. If you are a new user and have not signed in before please select one of the Single Sign-On options (Google/Microsoft 365) to access the platform. If you wish to sign in using an email address and password, please reach out to support through the Terminus Support Portal to have login credentials generated for your user. Step 3

Once signed in, select the Email Experiences tile to access your account.​​

Step 4

You will be taken to a page where you can update your profile. When you are satisfied with the changes, click Save Changes. 

Step 5

To install your signature, click on the icon on the bottom left with your initial and then click Install. Select Gmail - iOS and follow the directions by selecting the signature image and copying it using the function Control C for Windows or Command C for Macs.

Step 6

The final phase of installation is pasting the Email Experiences coding into your Inbox settings. To do so, open your Inbox account and navigate to Settings on the left-hand side.

Step 7

Under Settings, select Signature and toggle the signature button to turn it on.

Step 8

In the blank signature space, paste the Email Experiences coding using the function Control V for Windows or Command V for Mac. It is important to use the keyboard shortcut, instead of right-clicking, to paste the coding correctly.

Step 9

Once you have saved your new signature, Email Experiences content will be appended to emails after they are sent. The signature will be appended to all mobile sends as well.

Step 10

If you want to install your email signature to other email clients or mobile email applications, sign back into Email Experiences and select the appropriate tab.
