Employee Banner Selection (Alternate Campaigns)
By default, your marketing team does its best to ensure your email signature campaigns are relevant to each person you're communicating with. To further personalize one-off emails, some companies provide multiple campaign options that their employees can choose from. To view your campaign options, follow the steps below.
Open an email draft or start a reply to an email in your inbox.
Click on the Chrome extension and select which campaign you'd like to include in your email. Be sure to type in the name of your email recipient before doing so. If your team is using Targeted campaigns, you will have different campaign options.
Please note that your Email Experiences campaign will automatically reset to the default for net new emails. An admin can view whether the Terminus Chrome Extension was installed for a user once the campaign banner in the signature has been clicked on by an email recipient.
This extension replaces the previous version of the Chrome Extension, also known as the Sigstr Connect. The previous extension contained Relationship Intelligence functionality that can now be found in the Email Experiences App or in Sales Insights within Salesforce.com. The deprecated Sigstr Connect extension may still be used. However, the functionality cannot be guaranteed, as it is no longer supported.
