The easiest way to edit employee profile data is to upload a new CSV file with the correct information. When you need to make one-off adjustments, however, sometimes a CSV import is not needed.
To edit a user’s data, simply navigate to the Employee tab.
Click on the employee profile you would like to update and select edit.
Use the pop-up screen to edit the employee’s data and then select Update.
If you would prefer to have end users update their own information, you can give them access to the Employee Preference Center.
