Size

Email Experiences offers hi-resolution functionality to guarantee crisp campaign images. Upon campaign upload, the application automatically constrains a campaign image to ensure a high density of pixels. Those using high-res functionality need to upload images at twice the intended size. Below are the suggested (but not required) design dimensions.

To avoid image distortion, it is advised to keep your campaign size consistent across all campaigns. This is especially important with Multi-Banner Campaigns.
