With Email Experiences' various campaign types and scheduling capabilities, it can be difficult to understand which campaign banners will be served at any given time. Email Experiences Verify gives customers confidence in the timing and personalization of their Email Experiences banners to ensure ongoing success.

Step 1

Click on your account avatar to access Email Experiences Verify.



Step 2

Input the Sender, Recipient, and Date of Send to preview the matching campaign. For Sender, you can select a group. For Recipient, you can select a recipient list or specific email address.


Please note that the Recipient section only pertains to Email Experiences Target and Internal Campaigns while the Date of Send only pertains to Scheduled Campaigns. 


Step 3

The Results section will tell you why the campaign was chosen.
