If the domain of a user in Email Experiences matches that of an email recipient, an internal campaign will be served automatically as long as there is an active internal campaign and the user has met the system requirements. Some organizations, however, may have multiple brands or branches that have different domains.
If you would like to specify additional internal domains, follow the steps highlighted below.
Step 1
Navigate to your Account Settings.
Step 2
Select the Recipients tab and list the domains that should receive internal campaigns. You can choose as many internal domains as needed.
Note: Do not include "@" when adding new internal domains to the list.
When composing new emails, all Email Experiences end-users will see the external campaign in their signatures by default. Campaign specification will not occur until the email recipient has been noted (for Gmail users) or the email has been sent (for Outlook users).
