Feature Overview
Email Experience admins and end-users can enable click notifications when an email recipient engages with one of your Email Experience campaigns. These notifications, sent at the end of each day, inform you and your sales team when customers and prospects interact with your brand. This allows for timely and relevant follow-up, enhancing your engagement efforts.
Click notifications are available to Outlook users who have implemented Outlook Agent 1.0.3 or higher, to Gmail users who have installed Terminus' Chrome Extension, and to all customers using Sigstr ONE. Contact your Customer Success Manager to start leveraging the functionality.
Please Note: Click notifications will only be sent when the campaign clicked is within an external thread with only one recipient (a 1:1 email). Clicks from an internal recipient or from a thread with multiple recipients will not trigger a notification. While these scenarios will not trigger a notification, they will still count in campaign reporting analytics.
