Email Experience admins and end-users can enable real-time email notifications for when an email recipient engages with one of your Email Experiences campaigns. These notifications will let you (and perhaps more importantly, your sales team) know when customers and prospects are interacting with your brand, allowing you to reach out when it’s most relevant!
Click notifications are available to Outlook users who have implemented Outlook Agent 1.0.3 or higher, to Gmail users who have installed Terminus' Chrome Extension, and to all customers using Sigstr ONE. Contact your Customer Success Manager to start leveraging the functionality.
Please Note: Click notifications will only be sent when the campaign clicked is within an external thread with only one recipient (a 1:1 email). Clicks from an internal recipient or from a thread with multiple recipients will not trigger a notification. While these scenarios will not trigger a notification, they will still count in campaign reporting analytics.
