Recipient Analytics

Email Experiences has the ability to track which email recipients click on an Email Signature campaign and how often. The functionality is available upon request to customers using Gmail with the Terminus Chrome Extension installed, Outlook Agent, and SigstrONE.

Once enabled, recipient level data is displayed on the Campaign Details page on an account and contact level. Use the dropdown menu to toggle between the two views.
