For customers leveraging Recipient Analytics, Email Experiences will automatically deliver weekly engagement reports to you and all of the other admins in your account. Delivered every Monday, the report details campaign views, clicks, and recipient data across your entire company from the week before.
The report cadence is automatically set up to deliver on weekly basis, but you have the ability to change your settings to receive the reports daily if so desired. To do so, follow the directions below.
Navigate to the Notifications section under Account Settings.
Under Engagement Reports, switch your settings from Weekly to Daily.
Please note: If you wish to disable the engagement reports for admins within your account altogether, simply change the Engagement Reports toggle to a disabled state.
