Employee Communication Template
When launching Terminus Email Experiences with your employees, you can use the following template to communicate the value of the feature, and what they can expect when you launch.
"Hi Everyone,
We are rolling out a new service from Terminus called Email Experiences, and we need your help.
Terminus Email Experiences will allow our marketing team to centrally control employee signatures to ensure that company branding is consistent, and that the most relevant campaign is highlighted in every email sent. Please see my signature for an example.
Why does this matter?
- Email Experiences adds consistency and professional branding to each email.
- Every email drives attention to what’s most important to our business.
- Email is our most frequent touch point with customers and prospects. Each of us sends over 30 emails a day on average. This is a tremendous opportunity for our team.
Next steps
The great news is that Email Experiences leverages G Suite's API so your new signature will automatically pull in the latest updates in Terminus.
Once we are ready to launch, you may receive an invitation to update your Email Experiences profile. The invitation will provide you with an opportunity to validate or add personal information within your Terminus email signature.
As soon as you can, please install Terminus's Chrome Extension. Once installed, you will be able to serve targeted, 1:1 promotions in each email you send and you will gain visibility into which email recipients are engaging with your campaigns.
