When launching Terminus Email Experiences with your employees, you can use the following template to communicate the value of the feature, and what they can expect when you launch.

"Hi Everyone,

We are rolling out a new service from Terminus called Email Experiences, and we need your help.

Email Experiences will allow our marketing team to centrally control employee signatures to ensure that company branding is consistent, and that the most relevant campaign is highlighted in every email sent. Please see my signature for an example.

Why does this matter?

  • Email Experiences add consistency and professional branding to each email.
  • Every email drives attention to what’s most important to our business.
  • Email is our most frequent touch point with customers and prospects. Each of us sends over 30 emails a day on average. This is a tremendous opportunity for our team.

What do you need to do?

  • You will be receiving an email from Terminus inviting you to use Email Experiences. Please read the installation instructions and then click the “Get Started” button to install Email Experiences. It should take you less than one minute.
