Prerequisites
Pardot API Access is required to use this integration, which is only available in the Plus and Advanced editions of Pardot.
In order to leverage the SigstrEngagements custom object, it may require a higher-tier Pardot account (Pardot Advanced Edition).

How do I determine which API version number to input in Email Experiences?
Pardot API Version 4 was created to accommodate multiple prospects with the same email address. If your Pardot org has the allow multiple prospects with the same email address (AMPSEA) feature enabled, please enter “4” under the integration settings for Version 4. If your Pardot org doesn’t have AMPSEA enabled, please enter “3” under the integration settings for Version 3.
For all Pardot orgs created after June 14, 2016, the AMPSEA feature should already be enabled. For more information on this feature in Pardot please review this resource.
Can Terminus create new Prospects in Pardot?
Yes! This is a configurable setting on the Integrations page of your Email Experiences account. In the Pardot check the box next to "Automatically create contacts" and click, "Activate". When an email recipient clicks on an Email Experiences banner ad and there is no corresponding Prospect in Pardot, a new one will be created.
How do I find the Prospects that Terminus created?
For each Prospect that is created by Terminus, "Sigstr" is populated on the "Source" field in Pardot. You can use automation rules to bucket those Prospects into a list and see all of the new Prospects Terminus has created.
Will Terminus keep my synced dynamic Prospect Lists updated?
Yes! Prospect Lists that have been synced with Terminus Email Experiences will update every 24 hours to reflect any changes made to those lists. Synced lists can also be manually updated from the Terminus interface on the Lists page in Email Experiences.
Can we leverage Email Experiences clicks/engagements for workflows in the Engagement Studio?
Yes, this advanced functionality is possible for customers leveraging both the Salesforce and Pardot integrations. Once both integrations have been set up, you add SigstrEngagements as a custom object under the Admin menu.
Once the Custom Object has been added, it can now be leveraged in workflows and automation rules!
