If you or your IT team has installed the Outlook Agent and you’re still experiencing issues, please follow the below instructions. Common issues include a blank signature, incorrect formatting, or dropped images.

Scenario 1

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Navigate to File → Options → Add-Ins
  3. Check to see if Sigstr is listed as an active add-in
  4. If Sigstr is listed as an active add-in, proceed to Scenario 2

Scenario 2

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Navigate to File → Options → Mail
  3. Under Compose messages in this format, make sure HTML is selected
  4. If HTML is already selected, proceed to Scenario 3

Scenario 3

  1. Open File Explorer
  2. In the search bar, type C:\ProgramData (see below)
  3. Search for Sigstr and open the folder
  4. Delete the config file called SigstrOutlookConfig
  5. Close and Reopen Outlook
