If you or your IT team has installed the Outlook Agent and you’re still experiencing issues, please follow the below instructions. Common issues include a blank signature, incorrect formatting, or dropped images.
Please note: The scenarios below pertain to individuals leveraging the classic desktop version of Outlook for Windows and Outlook Agent Version 6.5.0 or older.
Scenario 1
- Open Outlook
- Navigate to File → Options → Add-Ins
- Check to see if Sigstr is listed as an active add-in
- If Sigstr is listed as an active add-in, proceed to Scenario 2
Scenario 2
- Open Outlook
- Navigate to File → Options → Mail
- Under Compose messages in this format, make sure HTML is selected
- If HTML is already selected, proceed to Scenario 3
Scenario 3
- Open File Explorer
- In the search bar, type C:\ProgramData (see below)
- Search for Sigstr and open the folder
- Delete the config file called SigstrOutlookConfig
- Close and Reopen Outlook
