To grant Terminus access to your email data, Relationships must be enabled by an O365 admin* who does the following:
- Enables API access in your O365 environment
- Signs out of secondary O365 accounts
- Receives confirmation that Terminus Relationships has been provisioned in your account
Once the prerequisites have been addressed, you can complete the setup process by following the steps outlined below.
Sign into the Terminus platform using your O365 admin’s credentials.
Select the Email Experiences tile.
Navigate to Account Settings.
Click on the Integrations section.
Scroll down to the O365 section and click Configure.
Go to the Relationships section of the Office 365 settings and click Connect with Office 365.
In the pop-up window, select the O365 account you would like to connect to.
Please note that your O365 admin credentials are not stored in the Terminus system. This step generates a token that our system uses to read calendar and email data - access that you can revoke at any time using standard Microsoft app permissions.

If you get this screen, please work with your organization's IT and email administrative teams to either get the necessary permissions or get someone that has those permissions to go through these steps.
Employee data will automatically be synced to Terminus within 24 hours. Completion times vary depending on your organization’s email volume.
Once the steps above are complete, please contact the Terminus Support Team by submitting a ticket via the Help Center requesting access to Terminus Relationships.
