Please note that you must enable the G Suite Integration before you can sync signatures.
Email Experiences' Gmail Signature Sync pushes Email Experiences content straight to users on your G Suite domain. The integration gives you complete control over employee email signatures to ensure 100% adoption.
From the Integrations page, click Sync Signatures to push your Email Experiences content to end-users. The sync only affects users who are already provisioned in Email Experiences.
Choose between syncing all users or syncing specific users.
By enabling Auto Sync, you will instantly push out changes to G Suite users whenever the content is updated in Email Experiences. Please note that with Auto Sync turned on, any changes you make to your signature template will be executed in real-time.
After refreshing their browsers, users will be able to see new Email Experiences content in their signature settings.
Email Experiences admins have the ability to sync individual signatures in addition to syncing all user signatures within your account. To sync the signature for an individual user, simply navigate to the Employees page, select the user, and click the "Sync Google Signature" button in the preview panel as seen below.
