Information on initial setup for your user account, (including password creation) within the Terminus platform can be found here


Password Resetting 

If you need to change your password, or if you have forgotten your password, the following actions can be taken:


Terminus Engage

If you've forgotten your Terminus Engage password, it can be reset via the link on the Engage login page (my.terminus.com/log-in):

From here, you will receive an email with a link a to reset your password.

To change your current Engage password, navigate to Settings in the drop down menu, and locate the "Change Your Password" section:

Engage users will only be able to change their own password, and do not have permission to reset passwords for other users on their account. 

If you need to reset the password for someone on your team, or if you are having trouble resetting your own password, please reach out to support@terminus.com


Terminus Hub

If you've forgotten your Terminus Hub password, it can be reset via the link on the Hub login page (app.brightfunnel.com/login):

From here, you will receive an email with a link a to reset your password.

Hub org Admins will only be able to reset their own password, and do not have permission to reset passwords for other users on their account.

FAQs

Does Terminus support any of the following sign-in methods: SSO, SAML, or MFA?

  • No, currently our platform does not support any of these sign-in methods.
