During your onboarding period, your Terminus Onboarding Specialist will send a unique sign-up link to your email inbox which will allow you to create a Terminus platform user account. If you are a new user on an existing Terminus Account, your Customer Success Manager can do this for you.
Adding Additional Users
If you’d like to add additional users to your Terminus platform instance, please contact your Terminus Customer Success Manager, or submit a ticket through the Terminus Support Portal.
