- Sales Experiences (i.e. CRM Pushback):
- Additional Updates:
Accounts without Impressions in Campaign Details
You can now view accounts within the campaign that have not received impressions. This feature has been highly requested and now enables you to gain a comprehensive understanding of the campaign's audience, not just those who have been served impressions. This is currently available for New Display Campaigns (with Global campaigns to follow). Click here to learn more about this enhancement.
New Site Visits Report (Feature Enhancements)
We've added a new 'Group By' toggle to enhance the new Site Visits report. This feature gives users the ability to explore data further by enabling them to group information by either CRM Account + Location or CRM Account + Visited Domain. Alongside this, we've revamped graphs, improved the heads-up display for metrics, and introduced interactive pie charts for a more in-depth exploration of locations. These enhancements are now accessible within Terminus Labs. Our goal is to bring the Site Visits report in line with the functionality of the existing Site Engagements report, aiming to phase out its usage in the future. Max Account Spend Cap:
Users can now apply a maximum spending limit for accounts in new display ads. This spending cap is implemented to prevent accounts from depleting the majority of a campaign's budget over the life of the campaign. The enhanced functionality can be applied in the "Budget" section within the New Display Ad creation process.
Funnel Stages in Pushback & Segmentation
Discover the power of these new features and dive deeper into your insights! We've now integrated engagement funnel data – stage name, number of days in stage, and entry date – into pushback for both Salesforce and HubSpot users. Additionally, you can now query funnel stage name and date in the Segment Builder! Find out more about these enhancements by visiting our support articles:
Formulas in Segmentation:
Enhance data analysis capabilities by incorporating custom formulas within segment rules, including Sum, Count, Average, Minimum, and Maximum. Users can easily toggle the Formula functionality on or off during rule creation while preserving any existing criteria when turned off. This robust toolset provides heightened flexibility for refining segmented accounts. Click here to learn more about this enhancement.
Segmentation Details & Reporting:
Segmentation reporting introduces a user-friendly interface for analyzing the performance of segmented account groups, streamlining the assessment of customer cohorts and offering valuable insights for marketing strategies and sales efforts. The reporting comprises three main tabs:
- The Overview Tab provides a snapshot of the segment, featuring key metrics and weekly graphs related to marketing and sales activities, intent surges, and engagement spikes. Users can customize data views with date cohorts such as Month to Date or Quarter to Date. The Top Accounts section showcases accounts based on site engagements, open opportunities, total pipeline contribution, and closed won revenue.
- The Rules Tab enables users to view and modify the rules used to create the segment.
- The Accounts Tab enables users to preview the current accounts within the segment, featuring functionalities like search and easy CSV export. Historical accounts are not included in this tab; however, they can be viewed by applying the segment within Global Filters within the Account Hub and adjusting date cohorts as needed.

Account Lists in Terminus Insights:
The 'Terminus Account Lists' field is now accessible in both Salesforce and HubSpot pushback integrations. It encompasses all the account lists associated with an account within Data Studio. This functionality can be utilized for CRM reporting, automations, and fostering alignment between sales and marketing efforts. See all the data we currently have available as part of our Salesforce and Hubspot pushback integrations.
Sandbox Testing for CRM Pushback:
Our brand new pushback service can now push Terminus Insights data to any CRM instance setup via the Terminus onboarding page. This update enables users to test CRM pushback functionality in a sandbox environment before deploying it to a production instance. To activate the new pushback service, please submit a ticket through the Terminus Help Center.
Here are some noteworthy updates, encompassing bug fixes and new features, aimed at enhancing the overall platform experiences:
- Display Account List Names instead of IDs in Report Filters: We have resolved an issue where Account List names were not displaying correctly in our new report filters for the Matched Accounts and Terminus Labs reports. Now, the Account List names appear as intended, replacing the previously incorrect display of IDs.
- Account Lists Names in Report Filters: We have addressed an issue where Account List filtering was not displaying in our new report filters for list-based and Dynamics integrated customers. Now, list-based and Dynamics integrated customers can effectively filter the Matched Accounts and Terminus Labs reports using the Account List names.
- New Display Ads & Segmentation for List-Based Integrations: Our powerful new segments and display ads now support list-based integrations. List-based users can take advantage of the revamped Display Ad creation process, which boasts AI-driven optimization of targeting across IPs/cookies and a new, streamlined campaign creation flow for enhanced efficiency. Additionally, our new Segment Builder offers a versatile and efficient segmentation solution, simplifying audience creation, improving targeting, and increasing overall efficiency, with New Display Ads exclusively using segments.
