The Aggregate Account Report allows you to see total reach, impressions, clicks, and media spend for each target account. This report makes it easier to track marketing’s influence and spend on a target account from your Terminus advertising campaigns. With search and filter capabilities, you can export the report as a CSV and receive it via email. It can be found in the reports menu.
Summary Metrics
At the top of this report, you will see summary tiles that provide insight into your advertising performance across all target accounts.
Accounts with Impressions: CRM accounts targeted by a Terminus ad that had at least one impression within the date cohort selected.
Note: This is counting the accounts with impressions, not the total number of impressions
Accounts with no impressions: CRM accounts targeted by a Terminus ad that did not have any impressions during the date cohort selected.
Account Coverage: The percentage of your targeted accounts that were served at least one impression within the date cohort selected.
Accounts with Reach: CRM accounts that are targetable with at least one campaign that was/is active within the date cohort selected.
Report Table
In this report, you will see advertising results for each account by the individual ad:
(Note: if an account is in more than one ad, the account will appear on multiple rows — one for each ad.)
In this table, you will see the following columns for each row:
- Account: this is the name of the account
- Ad Name: this is a tactic name for legacy display ads, or a campaign name for global or New Display ads
- Ad Type: this is the campaign type (Global, Display (Legacy) or Display)
- Reach: this is the total reach for the specified account, for the specified ad within the defined timeframe
- Impressions: this is the number of impressions for this account for the specified ad within the defined timeframe
- First Impression: this is the date of the first impression for the account for the specified campaign within the defined timeframe
- Clicks: this is the number of clicks for this account for the specified ad within the defined timeframe
- Spend: this is the total spend for this account for the specified ad within the defined timeframe
- Lifetime Spend: this is the total spend over all time for this account. Note - this number will not update when you change the date cohorts.
Filtering the Results
The new aggregate account report allows you to filter data both by column values and by any Terminus data point. These data points can also be added as columns for export.
Filtering by column results
By clicking the filter icon on the right bar, you can narrow down your results based on the field values.
For example, you can limit results to only see results for accounts with at least one impression:
Alternatively, you can exclude any accounts that had at least one form fill by clicking the ≠ icon:
Adding additional field operators
By default, field filters will be assigned certain operators based on the primary use case. For example, numeric fields will have "Is Between" by default as it covers most filtering needs. However in some cases you might want additional criteria. To add new operators, hit the "edit active filters" button.
This will enable additional operators.
To add those operators to your filter panel, check the box to the left of them and hit done:
Additionally, you can remove or duplicate operators by clicking the appropriate icons:
Adding additional fields for filtering
In addition to filtering on table values, you may also add fields from anywhere across the Terminus ecosystem for filtering. To start, click the "+" icon in the filter pane:
This will open a panel with all available fields. Fields are alphabetical within their groups, with a group being the source of the data. You can also search for a specific field in the search box.
To add a field, simply check the box next to it. For example, you might want to see ad activity for all accounts with an open opportunity. To do this, you would hit add filters, select "Open Opportunities", and use the slider to set the values to more than one:
Additionally, you can add this field to the table by clicking the column editor and selecting "open opportunities":
