What does a Welcome Call entail?

We first schedule a welcome call to take the opportunity to understand what you're doing from an overall marketing perspective at your organization, as well as map out expectations and goals to ensure we provide you an optimal customer experience. This is a chance for us to get to know you better and obtain all the necessary information to ensure that you are set up for success with your Terminus campaigns, once you do dive into the platform. 

What's the agenda?

  • CSM introduction

  • Strategies/success metrics most important to you and your team

  • Onboarding preparation

  • Salesforce authentication 

  • Schedule your official onboarding (to build your first campaign!)

What will I need?

The only thing you'll need to bring are your Salesforce credentials so we can connect Terminus to your Salesforce instance to effectively activate your campaign audience builder. We can then ensure that there is a way to meaningfully pull in companies through applying filters based on your Salesforce fields. This will allow us to hit the ground running and maximize your time during your onboarding!
